IDENTIFICATION

Identify a call (pre-recorded) you think went well, or a call you struggled with. Submit your call (with your notes) to ‘Hey, Coach!’ for feedback

EVALUATION

A Certified Pursuance Coach listens to the call, evaluates your performance against our proven process and records a video feedback session

RECOMMENDATION

Your coach emails you a link to your feedback, along with a brief narriative of recommendations, content references, and your focus for the next 30 days

Why we dont ‘Live coach’:

We believe that feedback should be provided in a way that allows the agent time and space to process. No ‘gotcha’s. No confrontation. No intensity. Just real skill-based recommendations provided in a method that compliments your skill level and respects your time

Why we only use recorded (real) calls:

The days of the secret shopper calls are OVER. There is no better way to evaluate performance than to hear a real customer going through the process. Feedback is hard enough without the added pressure of pretending to be something (or someone) you arent.

IS my customer data protected?:

We only allow clients to upload PCI and PII complient audio files. All files are erased from our server within 1 month of upload. If you have questions about how to ensure your files are pre-redacted, reach out to us.
